Sporting goods store · 187 Halton Rd · Greenville, SC
Official home of 8-time world champion Loree Jon Jones and her husband, “Jumpin’” Sammy Jones. Olhausen tables, Meucci cues, Darafeev stools, and full rec-room service from the Halton Road showroom.
Family history
The family story starts in 1975, when John and Gloria Ogonowski opened Loree Jon Billiards — one of the busiest rooms in the New York / New Jersey / Pennsylvania circuit. Allen Hopkins, Steve Mizerak, Willie Mosconi and other touring players came through for sanctioned events, one-pocket, 9-ball, and straight pool.
The whole family played. Youngest sister Loree Jon picked up a cue at four, later won 8 world titles (50 titles in all), and was inducted into the Billiard Hall of Fame in 2002. In 1989 her brother Mark Ogonowski and sister Nancy founded Pool Tables Plus, Inc. in New Jersey, built around one idea: a pool table only plays well if it is installed as a precision instrument.
The Greenville showroom at 187 Halton Road is the Carolina shop tied to that name — Loree Jon’s Pool Tables Plus, with Loree Jon Jones and “Jumpin’” Sammy Jones. Olhausen tables, Meucci cues, Darafeev stools, game tables, bars, and in-house moving, leveling, and recovering.

Cue & accessory catalog
The Halton Road floor carries Meucci and Joss playing cues, break/jump sticks, cases, Aramith-style ball sets, Simonis cloth, chalk, racks, and table-care kits. Stock turns — call for what is in the case this week.
Quiet wrapless or linen-wrap player cue. Maple shaft, ~12.75 mm tip. The house favorite for league nights.
Birdseye or stained maple, points and veneers, Black Dot or Carbon Pro shaft option. Mid-to-upper player line.
Heavier hit and stiffer feel for players who want more punch without leaving the Meucci family.
USA-made Joss cues tied to the shop’s name — curly maple, points, and collectible Loree Jon signed pieces when available.
One-piece and two-piece sticks for rec rooms. Good weight, replaceable tips, priced so guests can play without borrowing yours.
Dedicated break sticks and jump/break combos so the playing cue stays true. Ask which phenolic and carbon options are in.
Vinyl and leather-look hard cases, plus travel soft cases. 1-butt/1-shaft up through multi-cue league bags.

Regulation 2¼" 16-ball sets, Belgian / Aramith-style phenolic, measle practice cue balls, and replacement singles.
Wood and heavy-duty plastic 8-ball triangles, 9-ball diamonds, and matching hardwood wall racks for 6–8 cues.
Tournament and home Simonis colors. Sold with a recover job — the shop seams slate and stretches cloth in-house.
Barstools, spectator chairs, and table lights to match the Olhausen finish. Order to the table, not off a stock photo.
Master and Silver Cup cubes, cone chalk, Meucci-style gloves, and shaft conditioner. Color-match to the cloth.
Leather tips, tip tools, joint protectors, mechanical bridges, table brushes, and Tweeten-style repair kits. Tip jobs done in the shop.

The crew
New Olhausen tables are assembled and leveled on site. Slate is seamed so the roll is true before you take the first shot.
Local and longer-distance moves. The table comes apart, the slate is protected, and it is set again in the new room.
New cloth (including Simonis), cushions, pockets, and cabinet work. Customers have used the shop specifically for recover jobs.
Match shuffleboard wood and legs to the pool table. Add Darafeev stools, a bar, and lighting. Ask about beginner and intermediate sessions.
